![]() I appreciate you reading this and maybe helping me take my trip down memory lane. My example pnach file: this would hold the 2033460B address at a value of 31 while running.Ĭomment=Monster Rancher 3 NTSC-U(SLUS-20190) I'll include an example of my pnach below. Does anyone have any tips/tricks for figuring this out? I'm trying not to come to you empty handed but I am out of ideas. But I'm not familiar enough with that process and there's just so much data to parse through that it's not realistic for me to do it. My hope was to compare that data to my new save file and again manually add entries. I was able to download a save with the completed encyclopedia, but the game is finished in that save so it's not very playable. ct script is affecting, but it's a massive array of bytes and all of my experiments have ended in a crashed game. I've tried to look at what addresses the. But when I run that script it skyrockets the stats so bad that the game crashes if you try to continue. In that same post there is a cheat table file that manually loads the encyclopedia. PCSX2 PNACH Cheat File - Haunting Ground - PAL - 2CD5794C (9) 07. PCSX2 PNACH Cheat File - Full Metal Alchemist 2 - Curse of the Crimson Elixir - NTSC UC - 35AABF2E (8) 06. ![]() PCSX2 PNACH Cheat File - Final Fantasy X - International - NTSC J - 658597E2 (26) 05. Cheat engine also confirms that the pnach file is doing it's job and overriding that disc ID, as I can't change the address value if cheats are on and the pnach is active. PCSX2 PNACH Cheat File - Ghost in The Shell - Stand Alone Complex - NTSC UC (2) 04. I've also tried using cheat engine to manually change that disc ID address and I still get no different outcomes. I've tried the pnach method linked in that post, and in the console output I can see 1 cheat loads when I boot up my game, but when I attempt a disc swap there is never a difference in the gameplay. The game is the same version listed in that post. I've been working through this for a little under a month now and I can't seem to make any progress. ![]() I'm trying to follow along with a forum post about adding monsters to the monster rancher 3 encyclopedia, or changing the disc ID so that the disc swap feature can be faked. ![]() I'm not sure if anyone out there can solve this, but I'm giving it a shot.
